Book the The Gourmet Food Trailer to be on site for your reception for a fun and unique experience! ​ How It Works: 1. Select what items you would like available at your reception from our traditional trailer menu or any of our catering menus. If there is an item you would like to serve that is not found on our catering menus, please let us know! We will gladly create any dish you would like to serve! 2. We will create a quote with your selections. Entree counts are preferred to ensure we have enough of each item. ​ Other Details: 1. An assortment of any leftovers will be packaged up and given to you. 2. Food will be presented on hard white plastic plates with a silver or gold rim. Napkins and plastic silverware are provided. ​ Fees: To have our trailer present at your wedding, there is an Onsite Fee of $300. In addition, it's $60/hr for as many hours as we would be onsite, including set up and clean up. There is a $1,000 food minimum. ​ Payment: A 50% deposit is due one month from the signing of the contract, with the remaining amount due one week from the wedding. Payment can be made in full at any time. ​ Other Fees: Gratuity is included. ​
