Make your wedding one to remember by allowing us to provide delicious food for cocktail hour,the reception, and late night. Whether you book our trailer or select Buffet Style, your guests are sure to be impressed! We specialize in weddings up to 200 people.

Trailer Service
Book the The Gourmet Food Trailer to be on site for your reception for a fun and unique experience!
How It Works:
1. Select what items you would like available at your reception from our traditional trailer menu or any of our catering menus. If there is an item you would like to serve that is not found on our catering menus, please let us know! We will gladly create any dish you would like to serve!
2. We will create a quote with your selections. Once the quote is approved, a contract will be drafted. Entree counts are required to ensure we have enough of each entree during the reception. Entree counts must include any entrees for bartenders, day of coordinators, DJs, photographers, etc. Final entree counts are due two weeks prior to your wedding. The final head count is not able to be decreased from the head count listed on the quote. The final head count can only increase.
Other Details:
1. Cooked off or premade hor d'oeuvres that are left over will be packaged up and given to you.
2. Food will be presented on hard white plastic plates with a silver or gold rim. Linen fee white napkins and "real" plastic silverware are provided.
Fees:
There is a $1,000 food minimum plus tax and 15% gratuity.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is due one month from the signing of the contract, with the remaining amount due one week from the wedding. Payment can be made in full at any time. Payment can be made by check or card. A 3% processing fee is added for card payments.

Buffet Style
Select our Buffet Style option to receive an elegant buffet of food that'll have your guests coming back for seconds. A buffet of hor d'oeuvres for cocktail hour, late night snacks, and a beverage station are available in addition to the dinner buffet.
How It Works:
1. Select what items you would like available at cocktail hour and the reception from any of our catering menus. If there is an item you would like to serve that is not found on our catering menus, please let us know! We will gladly create any dish you would like to serve!
2. We will create a quote with your selections based on your headcount.
3. Once a menu is decided on and a contract is underway, a tasting can be scheduled for $50.
4. An updated head count is needed two weeks prior to your wedding. The quote will be updated at that time, if needed. The final head count cannot decrease from the estimated head count on the quote. The final head count can only increase
Important Details:
1. China plates, flatware, linens and tablecloths are NOT included. Hard white plastic plates with a silver or gold rim, "real" looking plastic silverware, and linen feel white napkins are provided. Please let us know if you prefer to provide these items.
2. An onsite kitchen is necessary for weddings that require constant refilling of the buffet. If one is not available, we will be required to bring our Gourmet Food Trailer onsite to use as our kitchen. Fees may apply.
Fees:
A buffet setup fee, service fee, staffing fee, and gratuity will be included in the quote.
