Select what items you would like available at your reception from our traditional trailer menu or any of our catering menus. If there is an item you would like to serve that is not found on our catering menus, please let us know! We will gladly create any dish you would like to serve! 2. We will create a quote with your selections. Entree counts are preferred to ensure we have enough of each item. ​ Other Details: 1. An assortment of any leftovers will be packaged up and given to you. 2. Food will be presented on hard white plastic plates with a silver or gold rim. Napkins and plastic silverware are provided. ​ Fees: To have our trailer present at your wedding, there is an Onsite Fee of $300. In addition, it's $60/hr for as many hours as we would be onsite, including set up and clean up. There is a $1,000 food minimum. ​ Payment: A 50% deposit is due one month from the signing of the contract, with the remaining amount due one week from the wedding. Payment can be made in full at any time. ​ Other Fees: Gratuity is included. ​

Buffet Style
Select our Buffet Style option to receive an elegant buffet of food that'll have your guests coming back for seconds. A buffet of hor d'oeuvres for cocktail hour, late night snacks, and a beverage station are available in addition to the dinner buffet.

How It Works:
1. Select what items you would like available at your reception from any of our catering menus. If there is an item you would like to serve that is not found on our catering menus, please let us know! We will gladly create any dish you would like to serve!
2. We will create a quote with your selections based on your headcount.
3. Once a menu is decided on and a contract is underway, a tasting can be scheduled for $50.
4. An updated headcount is needed two weeks prior to your wedding. The quote will be updated at that time, if needed.

Important Details:
1. China plates, flatware, linens and tablecloths are NOT included. Hard white plastic plates with a silver or gold rim, "real" looking plastic silverware, and folded white napkins are provided. Please let us know if you prefer to provide these items.
2. An onsite kitchen is necessary for weddings that require constant refilling of the buffet. We prefer to bring our Gourmet Food Trailer onsite to use as our kitchen, even if there is a kitchen available.

Fees:
A buffet setup fee, service fee, staffing fee, and gratuity will be included in the quote.
